A client informed me that a pay run a few months ago was found to be incomplete as many reports have partial information. I reviewed and came to discover that the batch was interrupted. I was thinking about deleting the entire pay run by audit trail in SQL and redoing it. Any body have a script already made up to delete all touched tables in PR & GL?

My suggestion would be to examine each payroll transaction and then enter a negative manual check transaction to offset each transaction. Trying to find every deduction, benefit, pay code, etc may leave them worse off then they are now. Not all employees may be missing the same transactions so you will need to do this on a one by one basis.
BR tables too.
