Hello

I want to create a workflow. My idea is that you can fill up a field in the entity accounts. If the field is set to «Yes» it should update another field in the entity contacts. Is this possible and how do I proceed?

Hi Marie,

You can update related entities > select contact. This is screenshot without condition checking. But you will get it:

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

I want to update all contacts (not only primary contact) from the account. When I try to create a workflow with the entity account, I can't find under related entities the contact entity.

I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 on Prem.

Hi Marie,

Can you tell us which Contact of Account you want to update?

Is it the Primary Contact of Account (Account:Contact=N:1) or the related Contacts of Account (Account:Contact=1:N)?

Besides, are you using D365 OP or D365 Online?
