From time to time getting the following error, please can you suggest likely causse of this along with solution ?.

    We have the same problem. Did re-install only the clients or also the servicetier-components

    I just re-installed NAV. That fixed it.

    I know it's a long shot but have you find a resolution other than doing updates ? I'm in the same boat and there's way too much custom code done by former it dept for me to apply a CU

    I found this forum talking about the same error.  Is your NAV on the latest updates?

    Sorry the error is as follows and is displayed in NAV Client:

    Could not find prepared statement with handle 3166.

    Page Items must close.
