Historical Fixed Asset Reporting

Does anyone know of a way to run historical fixed asset reports through smartlists, or any other method?

    I was able to get good results using the FA00902 table.

    There is no historical fixed asset reporting. We have done some things with a Fixed Asset Analysis cube but that requires the regular GP cubes to be up an running. It's still not perfect either.
