Hi ,
I am running master planning on specific item for planned orders then make it firm to release for production.
out of 5 items of different sizes, 4 has done and remaining 1 item is in trouble.
when i run master plan, it finish with the mention attached error screenshot.
it brings item to make it firm but without Sale Order Reference number, which is necessary for our garment production.
kindly help why we are getting error and how to fix it?
