Is there a way to copy only the last 12 month of data to my training / dev environements. With Prod Growing we will soon be out of space.

Copying Training environement without brighing all the data

Hi,

I do assume your question is about Dynamics AX 2012 or a previous version. There is no supported archival feature. To clean up the database and remove transaction date-based, you can write your own scripts. Ensure you test a possible script carefully as it would be really easy to create inconsistencies if part of the data will be deleted.
