can't display button in one row

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello,

I am using Ribbon Workbench 2013 and I put some custom button in my entity grid as shown in below Screen Shot:

ss2.jpg

Here are the Seven buttons, but I can't see all the buttons in one raw. Some Buttons are shown in one row and other buttons are in "..." sections ( More Commands ) . I want to see all the buttons in one raw by default.

How can i do that ?

Thank You.

    Yes, i did

and also there was no any error while publishing.

I put one display rule on one button for testing :

    Rule Name : CommandClientTypeRule

    Default : True

    Type : Refresh

    IsCore : True

Is there anything Wrong regarding this ?

You should add this code in the RibbonDiffXml. Go to ribbon workbench. Refer the screenshot below.

    Hi,

In the <CrmClientTypeRule> (RibbonDiffXml) element, please add the following code.

    <CommandClientTypeRule Type="Refresh" />

Also, refer these links for more details.

    Thank you for your reply.

But my question is that if Command Bar will Only show 5 controls at any one time, then button 1 to button 5 should display in one raw. only button 6 and 7 should be in overflow. But instead of that, only 3 buttons are visible in command bar.

    Hi,

The Command Bar will only show 5 controls at any one time before they are added to the 'overflow' section. This is the reason why you are seeing the buttons 4-7 in the overflow section.
