One-Click Unsubscribe option takes me to website rather than Unsubscribing instantly.

Dear Team,

I have enabled One-Click Unsubscribe option in my environment. After I send a email, the One-Click Unsubscribe option appears in the header but when I click, it takes me to website for unsubscribing rather than unsubscribing immediately.

I want this One-Click Unsubscribe option to work the following way. How should I configure this please?
