Customer Account Statement D365 FnO

Sudently from last week we are unable to see the Customer statement if there is no balance on the customer. We chose the option 'Open' disable and take the statement so all the transaction comes in the statement. Not sure any recent feature added by MS. When we run the report nothing happens, no empty screen.

    Hi, in D365 F&O, try selecting 'no' instead of 'yes' here:  Then you should see the customer balances with zero (0) also.
