i created new ssrs chart and i want put it on Enterprise Portal and it's showed empty with me
as you see here name of ssrs (TransVoucherRPT)
but when i open it from menu items it's work fine and show it normally

If the user is assigned with a specific role, you need to add the menu item to the role to provide him access.

i already see that and it's work fine and some of my users recently appear this error with them
so i give that user (role center) CEO
and his normal role is customize is that mean must be add menu items to his customize role?
