Hi guys,

Can we extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Trial when it is expire ? I've got an email notify me it will be expired in 7 days, I'm using this for my learning only.

Hi ShaqAX,

Yes, you can extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan Trial, but only once and only for 30 days.

You can refer the following link for more detailed steps:

Go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > your products > Click the trial

Click on Extend end date under Expiration date and Choose your Payment Method.

It require you to provide a credit card. But you won’t get billed until another 30 days go past. At which time you can cancel without incurring any fees.

Note:

Cancel your subscription before the Expiration date to avoid charges on your Credit Card.

Don't ignore the 30-day extension because if you do, you will be billed for the first month.
