I would like to write the plugin for leads(post operation). when i create the lead then task should automatically created can any one suggest me.please.

As suggested by John Browne, for this, it is preferred to create a workflow, so that any Business people can modify it without having to know programming.
In case of doing it in plugin, the URL shared by Andrew is a good place to start or you can start with the SDK, SDK\SampleCode\CS\Plug-ins

You don't need a plugin for this. You could do it in a workflow using an on create trigger and then create the task you need. If you have other reasons for wanting to do this with a plugin here is a good place to start: msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328416.aspx
