Dear Community,
One of my user was creating a service order, and we have set up the no. serious properly.
In the Service order no series was 10 0000.
In customer no series, it was 1200.
Not sure what she did, the no series urns out to be that particular customer no. series.
So instead of showing Service order 10 0005, it becomes 1200.
May I ask is it possible for user to change the no. series at Service order?
Is there a way to change it back to original number?

Haha..However, I curious how does it gets changed. As there is no field in the Service Order that allows the Service Order number to be changed, unless the user goes to number series line, which she doesn't need to and didn't.

Hi, You can check if the no. serious of service order is selected for Manual Nos. by following the actions below.
Then you can modify Last No. Used manual if needed.

As long as the user have sufficient right in the system he or she can modify the number series setup.
You can adjust the number series back to what it used to be, but then you have to adjust the last no. used so that you avoid that the system set in duplicates.
You can also rename the customer / services orders that have been assigned wrong numbers.
