Business portal Site not working

Hi,

I am new to BusinessPortal configuration, I just configure SharePoint 2010 in Server farm & Installed Business Portal Which is connecting to Dynamic SL.

till this point every thing is fine, database has been created, everything looks fine. but my SharePoint Site are not working any more, when i am checking the errors, its giving me,

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: The handle is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070006 (E_HANDLE))

Can somebody help me, how to resolve this issue.
