Hello, I have a user in dynamics 365 online to whom I mistakenly assigned an application ID.
I would like to remove this attribution because I can no longer assign it to the right user.
The field is required so that I can not dump it anymore and change value is not taken into account during a save.
How do I get out of it?

Can you share a screenshot please? The attribute application id appears custom to.me and in order to provide inputs, we need to know tge attribute type and how it is related to users.
What happens when you remove the value and hit save?
If it is throwing mandatory error message then try giving some dummy/test value.
