Request time-off on behalf

Hi all

As an HR administrator, I would like to make leave requests on behalf of some other employees.

When I make the request, the workflow stopped and gives the following error:

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: User not found
at SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolve
SysWorkflowHierarchyProvider-resolveHierarchy
SysWorkflowQueue-resume

No user is found (my HR administrator has a user assigned). Is it necessary for the worker I am requesting leave for to have a user assigned in the system? Or is there something wrong with my workflow?

    Hi LenCo,

    You need to check the position hierarchy as well as user.

    For example. If you want to make a leave request for UserA then it must be first available in User form with person assigned. Secondly, this user must have position hierarchy with manager assigned.
