Hi,
I have created a survey in the voice of the customer and for some reason when I try to pipe data into the survey and send it via a quick campaign to a marketing list, no emails get sent. If i remove the piping data then it sends fine. This is strange as the piping text is setup fine, if we try to do the same in our test environment it works fine too.
Has anyone experienced this before?
