hi,
I am looking for any documentation explaining how to enable emailing (invoices, POs etc) from GP web client.
So far I was not able to find anything at all.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Either GP Stand-alone or Web-client, it generally refers the default email setup done at GP level, so please refer below link which will provide you more clarity on this.
