I have a requirement to create extension to import the following into Purchase Invoices.

I am able to create extension, but there is issue with the provided data.
1. Firstly , No Document number is provided which is required to map with the lines
2. In Type ,/Check/ is provided which gives me indication that it is not invoice but payment.
3. While uploading to purchase line, I am using /Type/= 'G/L Account' and /No/ as /9610/.
I am unable to figure out, how will my extension effect Charts of Account without uploading payments for the same?
Or is there a way to upload payments with purchase invoices ?
