SharePoint_Config is the most important database for SharePoint, as well as EP which is a SharePoint site. Your site cannot be accessed if your SharePoint admin account cannot access the database.
As for the error itself, you need to check the database security settings to ensure the user does have permissions. Also, there might be lots of simiar issues caused by kerbose authentication due to SPN issue.
If you need to go further, you should:
1. Get the SharePoint farm admin account by examing the service account of SharePoint Timer service in services.msc.
2. Check the error log on the SQL Server.

The error is related to SharePoint and if enterprise portal is working fine then you do not need to worry.

Resolving permission error in sql for username domain\computerName$ contains a list of suggestions. Check out if any of them doesn't fix the problem or at least reveal more information.
Do you observe any problems with Enterprise Portal?

First of all, are you using SharePoint in any way, either for Enterprise Portal or for any other purpose? If so, does it work?

Hi Shilpi, I changed the title from "Please suggest me and share me some link related this issues. Event Viewer" to more relevant "Cannot open database SharePoint_Config".
Now can you give us some context, please? What are you doing? For instance, aren't you installing Enterprise Portal?
