Hi,

I need help in understanding if there is a way to close a lot of opportunities at one time?

Rather than having to do this one by one.

Any help or recommendations would be really appreciated.

Hi,

You can create on demand workflow to close the opportunity.

Now use Bulk Workflow execution tool in xrmtoolbox to execute your workflow in bulk.

Hi Hamad,

As Bipin said, on-demand workflow is a good solution.

You can refer following steps to know how to achieve it in the workflow:

1.Go Settings > Process to create one workflow in opportunity:

2.In the workflow editor, check As an on-demand process, select Scope to Organization. Then add a step - Perform Action.

3.Select Action to CloseOpportunity. Click Set Properties.

4.Fill information:

5.Save and Active it.

6. You can select records manually and run the on-demand workflow or use Bulk Workflow execution tool in xrmtoolbox to execute the worklfow(just as Bipin mentioned).
