IOM Trial - DEMO providers and BI dashboards are not working

I have a trial version of IOM and I wanted to test DEMO providers for order intake and fulfillment. I did setup according to: Set up and start demo providers | Microsoft Learn Everything seems to be activated and I can place an order in demo ecommerce store but this order is not visible in IOM. In general very often I have an issue to see the order list:

 
I can't also see the BI dashboards.
 
Can anyone help me with getting this to work?
