What is exactly happen if stub some lines , say at the end of 30 April 2026 , in future such lines will be omitted ??

Hello,

Sorry, I’m not fully clear on the question.
Sub-expenses work like regular expenses, the date cannot be in the future.

However, once posted, you can attach them (with related sub-expenses) to an expense report for the desired period.
If periods overlap, create two separate expenses + sub-expenses and allocate them to reports for each period.
