I have duplicated a Time Matrix Report in Report Writer to create a Custom Report. How do I add it to an existing list of Employee Time Reports so that particular parameters can be selected.

A duplicated report becomes a custom report and cannot be used by the original code.
You can only use a primary (inserted) report in place of the original.
You can call a custom report from VBA, see the post below for an example:
