D365 Customer Insights "20 Segments/KPIs" in license

Hi,

I would like to ask about the term "20 Segments/KPIs: at a given time, additional segments may not be created" in the license pdf file.

This means we can create maximum 20 segments and 20 KPIs. Am I right?

How do we know that 20 KPIs are enough for customers if they use a CDP like this? 

If anyone has experiences with this, please share me your understanding.

    Hi,

    Sorry we're responding to this quite late. CI now supports upto a 100 segments at a given time. Beyond 100 you are likley to run into performance degradation. I hope that helps.
