Angular Portal : [appTranslate] tags translation - how to ?

Hello,

In the new EventManagementApp provided with D365 for Marketing, the Angular project is full of those [appTranslate] tags. If you add yourself this kind of tag and try to add a localized content snippet, it won't work.

Does anybody got the solution ?
