Can we do a workaround for automatic setting of Regarding value for emails tracked with category (Tracked to Dynamics 365)?
We all know that if an email is tracked with catergory in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, Emails Activities created in Dynamics 365CRM will have NULL Regarding value.

Is there any possible way to automatically populate this Regarding field with Sender/Receiver value on the creation of email activity?

    Thank you so much for the suggestion Bipin but I was looking for more configurational way than development.

    Hi,

    You can write Pre-operation plugin to set regarding field using sender/receiver data when regarding is null and email is created from outlook.

    It will be difficult to know whether email is created from outlook sync but you can explore all fields available in email entity from advanced find.
