ReportAttempting to upgrade from 2013 to 2016
Why am I getting the error!!! There was a problem ascertaining product version information.
My fixed asset is at 12.02187 which is higher than 12.00.1826
I am upgrading from version 12.2230 - I applied the latest service pack before attempting to upgrade to GP 2016. This always seems to be a problem when I upgrade because of fixed assets. I am getting the following error in the duintall.log
Failure encountered ON 1/18/2019 at 12:08:04 PM. Error: Product 0 does not support upgrading from version 12.0.2230.
Failure encountered ON 1/18/2019 at 12:08:05 PM. Error: Product 309 does not support upgrading from version 12.0.2187.
