Hi, I am using server side sync between CRM and outlook calendar, it works fine, but it takes up to 4-5 mins to sync for task, appointment, etc. Is there something that we can set the sync time interval ?

No you can't do nothing.
The MS documentation says that the sync can last until 15 minutes.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
