Copied Security Role does not work with Lead to Opportunity Process

Hi Community ;)

we just installed Dynamics 365 Project Operations and are now testing some processes and use cases for our company.

During that, we allready copied the security role of an account manager and named it "T4M Account Manager".

After that we assigned the copied role to the Project Operations model driven app, so that the copied security role can access the app.

So far everything works fine.

But when the copied security role qualify`s a lead to create a company, contact and opportinity, the opportunity looks like this (#products):

When the Microsoft Standard security role of the account manager qualify`s a lead, the opportunity looks like this (#opportunity lines):

Has anybody a idea, why the copied security role opportunity only has "products" and not "opportunity line" ?

Think somehow the business process flow (lead - opp) is generating a wring opportunity type ?!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Markus,

That is the Form security setup. When you created a new role by copying it, but the Form did not get updated, so the new Role does not have access to the Project form.

Navigate to www.make.powerapps.com and inside a Solution, Add the table Opportunity and select the Form called Project Information.

    Then select Form Settings:

A new screen pops up and it shows what security roles can see this view. OOTB only certain Roles can see the main forms but you can also choose Everyone:
