Sales Doc type

Posted on by 370

Hello,

For some reason all of my sales document type is "OPEN" even the once that were paid in full, they never go to "HISTORY" which makes it impossible to filter through in the smart list

Would anyone let me know how i can change this?

Thank you

    Svet,

It's not necessary for payables, they move automatically. You'll find that no two modules follow the same scheme as far as moving documents to history. Each one does it a little bit differently.

There is an additional process through Sales Routines called Paid Trx Removal.   THis moves open trx to history.   If you have a lot of reporting, I would check some of the reporting to make sure the reports are not dependent on the open tables.   Once in history, it is in a separate table.  Otherwise, it should be part of the month-end process by the receivables person.
