Need to create a SQL job to Clean up Customers Credit

Hi,

I am new in GP and trying to find out the SQL job which will clean up the customers credit. Please help me.

    Ashok, it might be helpful to the community if you were to post 'picture' or 'screen image' of what window you are working with.  I know that a challenge with what we each call a process can be different and I know that after doing this for so many years that often what I call a screen / window is not the same as what Richard might call it - he can be much more technical than I - but you get my message - more description to a situation the better the assistance we can all provide.

    Thanks for the support, what I wanted is we are doing Aged Trial Balances via GP window, is it possible or is there any SQL script which will work like that?

    This is not a SQL job. You will need process these credit memos through GP so it goes through all the necessary processing. This article will give you idea how to accomplish this. This involves the use of GP macros.

    Hi Ashok,

    There is no SQL Job that would balance the Aged Trial Balances in any modules, and the post you linked to has nothing to do with a SQL Job.

    These would need to be balanced using Credit/Debit memos within the modules themselves.

    Let us know if you have more information or questions regarding what is needed.

    Please provide further details for what it is you seek. GP does not run SQL jobs.
