With the new FormsPro based Inspections from Microsoft, will we be able to fill in Surveys also offline?
I do not see it as being available offline at the moment but it's a great question. I'll see what i can find out.

There is no offline capabilities at the moment. But I will not be at all surprised if Microsoft will start using Forms pro for field service mobile in the future. Forms pro looks fantastic as it is.
