When configuring a workflow for Dynamics GP 2010, is it only possible to assign users to the tasks? For instance, if I created an AD group called NJ MGR, it would go to the users in the NJ MGR group. It looks to me is if I have to name each user on each step of the workflow? Is this correct? It is not like requisition management where I can create a role and assign users to a role?

Hi Michael,
You are correct WorkFlow is not the same as Req Management. You need to choose each user that would be in that group. That is a great product suggestion though.
