We discovered that PSA 3.10.60.170 no longer allows us to assign a project's owner to a Dynamics Team. Manually assigning to the Team through the Advanced Find, using a Process and using Power Automate to change the Project's Owner to a Team fails with error "SystemUser With Id = <guid> Does Not Exist"
The Team does exist, and currently owns approximately 180 projects. The failure message is repeatable in our Production and Test environments.
I have also tested a new Team, existing team with System Admin security role. Going from a Team to a User, or a User to a User works as expected. It is just going from User to Team that it fails.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Has Microsoft made a change in preparation for Project Operation?

Could you share related screenshots about the Process or Power Automate?
If you say the ID refers to a Team but the errors says "systemuser..", you're definitely setting the wrong owner type.
