Can a Limited or Self-Serve User approve a batch in GP?

When you mention 'approve a batch' do you mean via Workflow built into Dynamics GP?
I ask because Self Service users pretty much just have the ability to create/submit requisitions, enter Payroll Timecards and expenses, enter Project Timesheets/expenses, benefits self services and such, to include Workflow. (aka 'Enter' access)
Self Service users were introduced with Microsoft Dynamics GP when we decommissioned Business Portal and Workflow on SharePoint, after Dynamics GP 2013 R2.
Limited users can do everything a Self Service user can, as well as view inquiry, reports and SmartLists (aka 'Enter' and 'Inquire' access)

However, as Workflow's ability to take action (Approve, Reject, Delegate) is only given to the specific Windows accounts assigned, in this example, the batch for approval through Workflow, because of that, and from a couple of cases I've had in the past, I want to say a Self Service user and/or Limited user may be able to approve a requisition, project and/or HRM workflow, but I don't believe either Self Service nor Limited users have access to batch or transaction entry windows, thus they wouldn't be able to approve batch workflows.
I haven't tested this for sure recently, but that is my initial thoughts.
