show values in html table upon change of field

Hi,

After I enter the value in the  field , the same values should be shown in the  html table. in the same form.

    Hi,

    I  am using Model driven app and in one of the field is changed  whatever entered in the field should be displayed in the html table.

    Eg In the Name field 

    Name : Bill

    On change of that Name control, Bill should be populated in the html as below

    Could you tell me what app you are using in D365?

    Do you mean the html table you mentioned? Or can you share the relevant screenshots?
