I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 online, Customer Service Hub for case Entity.
Is the Audit Summary section available in Interactive Service Hub? I couldn't find a way to enable it.
let me know if there a way to enable or how to see audit summary section in "Customer Service hub" (Interactive Service Hub).
Also can we add ribbon buttons in Customer Service Hub form in Case entity.
Any help in that will be highly appreciated.
