Hi,
I want to know if we can sync (create new record) in CRM by syncing with Outlook.
so if there is a new contact in Outlook, can that new record be created in CRM automatically using the CRM outlook plugin? Or is it just a one way sync from CRM ---> Outlook
This is with respect to using CRM plugin for Outlook and not the Add-in.

you can't sync to contact record from Outlook to CRM automatically , As per the following URL, you need to track an email in Outlook manually and the contact is also tracked with CRM then.

As far as I know, it doesn't sync contact records from outlook to crm automatically, however you can track contacts in Outlook, then it syncs tracked contacts with CRM.
