Dear All,

I have some query about the rdlc report setting in nav 2013.

vat  100
sat 200
she 50
cess 0
ecess 20
I need the output in this form
vat  100
sat 200
she 50
ecess 20
I want to hide the zero amount field
how to hide the field.

I want to hide the zero amount field. If value not present in any field then it should not be printed in printout.

because unnecessary page are wasting. Please give me some suggestion for me.

Add a Visibility condition on that row like IIF(Fields!textbox.value>0,false,true)

Hi, it isn't possible to remove the text box altogether based on visibility. As Amol suggested, merge the cells in the main tablix and Insert another tablix in a rectangle in the main tablix footer, in this way you can hide the empty spaces.

As table you can insert in Page footer but you can do that in Table footer by merging all the call and place rectangle and then display your table in that rectangle

This is suggestion as I do not layout of your report

    Thank you for your answering.

I am agree with you but the table I can use in body section only, not in header and footer.

I suggest use table to display the value then you can use Visibility expression properly as you are using text box and due to this it is leaving blank space in between.

Let us know if you face any issues.

Suresh had a good post about that:

Print blank when the value is zero in RTC Reports:
