We are currently on Microsoft CRM 2016 on premise and plan to upgrade to Dynamics 365 on prem. Suggest steps to follow for the upgrade and what are the unsupported customizations in Dynamics 365 which worked on 2016

Hi,
I did an upgrade from on premise 2016 8.1 to 365 online 3 months ago. I did not in court any major issue other then the form design is a lot different. Also the 2016 solution had a lot of custom work.
So because you are going from 2016 to 365 on premise it should be easy.
Build a export solution and import that solution in to your 365 on premise.
I did run into a couple of import issue but because I was on 365 online I had to call Microsoft to fix the problem. :-(
Also there are many links explaining the changes you will have to make.
