How can I enable fields in a form from a validation from a datasource?

Hello everyone, I have a question.
I got 3 fields in a form that are disabled by default, but after a selection in one of the fields in the form I want to do a validation if that records exist in a table and if it does, I like to enable those 3 fields.

Can somebody explain me how can I do this, please?

Thanks!

    Hi,

Would you please explain what you mean by "records exist in a table"?

Also, which application in dynamics are you using?

HI, are you using Dataverse as backend?   Please clarify how you want to populate the fields over form?
