just all of a sudden today we are getting the message:
Setaddr() has not been called for bamsoline1. Error in property of control Form1.xuser8. A settaddr call should be made in Form1_Load event of Basic Script Language macro code.
what would cause this out of the blue? data entered?

problem solved. Which is why this forum couldn't answer this. We use a Bill Of Material software add in with Solomon from JAAS. Their supplemental customization for screen 4010000 contains a total of 26 records, but somehow our live database only had 24. The test environment still had 26 which is why the process worked there. Don't know how two records got deleted, but once we replaced the live records with Test, everything was working again. Whew!!!
No we are in process of migrating to 2015 on a different server, but the current version we are using is 6.5. I discovered that somehow, VB code that process what the above said was missing was removed from the form, because in our test app we don't get the error, when I compared and stepped through the code it hits the procedures in test. Now I have another dilemma. When I remote into the server that houses the master copy of the database and log in as SysAdmin, and under All Users level, it's not letting me save the code when I add it back, this has never happened before. Ever since we have been having some users with dual monitors remote into their pc's via Citrix, when they use Solomon and say move a module to another monitor, this is causing the module to be out of view for users not using Citrix. This is very strange, but for now I just need to be able to save the code customization.
