error when open the report in RTC client (untrustworthy component)

I installed a hotfix to upgrade the navision. but after this, when i modified some reports which without the layout and run them in the RTC client, error occured. "Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic client was opened from an untrustworthy component. Contact your system administrator." I googled this problem, somebody says this was becuse the different version between the classic client and the RTC. The original version of my navision is NAV2009SP1(6.00.29626). the hotfix information is Update 0.34 30502 979428 A hotfix is available to develop and deploy an unsupported language for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1. I cannot find any update of classic client in this hotfix. So how can i modify the report without the layout? anyone can help me? Thanks!
