ADX starter portal instructions

Hello,

I'm new in the ADXStudio world, and I was trying to set up the starter portal for learning purposes.

I followed the instuctions https://community.adxstudio.com/products/adxstudio-portals/installation-operations-guide/set-up-starter-portals/

at step 4, I entered www.adxsampleportal.com as hostname and port 8081

When I tried to open it in my browser in order to connect my IIS website to Adxstudio I faced a blank page, could any body please guide me to what I am doing wrong ?

    Would like to see the Out of the box portals to customize our current portal
