Can i Activate Dynamics 365 Finance and operation VHD Demo for 1 Year. Is it possible?.

What do you mean by activate for one year?
When you download a VHD, it is by default available for a year until the certificate on the VM expire and you can rotate it for another year.
I think you are referring to Windows Server License ,
you can extend your trial period using the command slmgr.vbs -rearm , just run the same command under the elevated command prompt (run as Administrator). as i remember it will allow you to extend trial mode for another 180 days.
