Hi
I am trying to merge two accounts and I am getting this error 'System user with id =00000000-0000-0000-0000000000 does not exist'.
Does anyone know what might be the issue?
I am using dynamics 365 on-prem version 8.2
And what about the related contacts and activities?
According to the Relationship behavior, all related records will be merged as well.
Did you check if the owners of the 2 account records are active CRM users?
Last week a few things were pushed to live system including plugins and web resource. I am not sure if a plugin is running on accounts or which entity. But that might explain everything because I was able to merge without issues before the changes.
