Hi all,
I have a Cloud Flow (Flow2) creating files in SharePoint, triggered from Dynamics 365. This flow is using an connection to SharePoint that I used in another, older version (Flow1) of this flow, still existing but turned off.
Now I have problems with the new flow (Flow2) creating the files and folders I want it to, but also folders from the old flow (Flow1). The subgrid in Dynamics is also pointing to the old folder structure.
Do you have any tips or trix around this?
Kind regards
Martin
Hi Ana and sorry for the late reply. Thanks for answering me and for the awesome video!
The problem seems to be that I am creating a custom structure in SharePoint ( Year/Quarter/ ) via a Cloud flow triggered by Dynamics. The SharePoint integration is using default behavior anyway , creating a folder ( name_Guid) and pointing my grid in Dynamics to that folder. So... I need to get around the default behavior.
Hi Martin,
That sounds like a nasty little problem. I don't have a trick to fix the flow, but could it be an option to use the Microsoft integration of SharePoint in Dynamics that is currently available?
If that is an option you could consider, I have written a tutorial (with a video and everything!...) explaining how you can set it up www.connecting-software.com/.../.
Hope that helps,
Ana
