View available discounts and View all discounts can be seen for the version 10.0.11 after you Reinstall the MPOS with the latest version.
If you have updated the RCSU in the HQ then you have to Reinstall the MPOS with latest version else it will through you the error "Operation not supported".
If you are using CPOS, then you have re-activate that to see.
