Can't Download Fundraising and Engagement Registrations Data Import Template

I the the attached error when I try to download the Fundraising and Engagement Registrations Data Import Template. I am able to download a number of others successfully. Any ideas on how to approach Microsoft with this issue? I can't get send a support ticket because I do not have a qualifying support plan. Thanks.

    Hi,

    The screenshot just shows a notification that it can't display an exact error to the user, due to the settings in web.config file, which is correct. We need logs for the time that this error happened, to be able to investigate what was the root cause of not being able to download the import template.

    Could you please get the logs from Azure Application Insights from the Resource Group which was used for installing F&E app?
    And we would need it for the time span when this exception occurred.
